Established fasting therapy for the treatment of rare diseases, and tens of thousands of people have overcome various illnesses, including rare diseases.

He was hospitalized several times with a gastric ulcer, jaundice, and hepatitis during his school years. He was disappointed with Western medicine's results. He tried Nishi therapy for 5 years and overcame all his illnesses. He established Nishi-style Kouda therapy.

Kouda Therapy Overview

Fasting therapy with intermittent fasting and a low-calorie diet. As we continue the therapy, we lose weight, but gradually the weight will start increasing without increasing calories again, and stay at an optimal weight. Only when our body is in mild hunger for a certain period of time, can our body excrete ALL toxic and waste products from our organs, including the kidney and liver. Kouda therapy focuses on excretion more than consumption. Without a complete excretion process, our body cannot be healed completely.

Day 11 in transition

Intermittent fasting.

I eat one riceball for lunch and reduced dinner with my family now.

I ate a small amount of ice cream with anko because it looked so good to me.

I did breathing exercises in the morning and took a bath at night with contrast hydrotherapy.
